can you please clone GAL-CBP-TOF2 into the final pRS305. We have the synthetic construct (GAL-CBP-TOF2, 3050 bp) into a pBS vector to extract as XmaI-SpeI (add ScaI to kill the vector) and clone into a pRS305 as XmaI-SpeI.
