CRISPR donor designed to insert an in-frame GFP to the c-terminal end of TRIM49 (exon 8) via homologous recombination. Consists of the reporter flanked on either side by 500 bp of TRIM49 homology and is to be co-transfected with 48097 into a Cas9 expressing cell-line.
Sequence of insert shows the donor sequence whilst sequence of cassette and amino acid sequence depict the expected expression product from the resultant transcript.
