Endogenous Rnf12 was detected with Rnf12(Full length) by immunoprecipitating total cell extracts from mouse Embryonic Stem Cells using either Rnf12(1-271) or Rnf12 (Full length) followed by immunoblotting with Rnf12(Full length).
