Please can you make a construct to introduce 6His at the N-terminus of C. elegant MCM-2 (1-222), for expression in E. coli. Please then pass this to the protein expression and antibody team. We would like to make affinity purified polyclonal antibodies for this protein in RABBIT.
I will be happy to supply either a cDNA library for C. elegans, or to help make RNA if necessary.
