Lentiviral vector for use in CRISPR procedures. Targets antisense strand in first coding exon for N-terminal tagging and KO, to be used to infect target cells followed by Hygromycin selection. Positive cells should be subsequently infected with virus derived from 48746 followed by induction with Dox to express Cas9 D10A. FACs sorting should be used to isolate GFP-expressing clones and western blotting to confirm KO. Guide sequence shown as sequence of insert.
