First Bleed. Skp1 antibody recognises HA-tagged Skp1, which was expressed under its endogenous promoter. The antibody also seems to recognise endogenous Skp1 (band above the 28kDa marker) both in wild type (wt) and Skp1-12 temperature sensitive mutant strains. Knock out of Skp1 is lethal.
