All three bleeds immunoprecipitate Cyclin Y present in the tissues and cell line mentioned above (depends on amount of endogenous Cyclin Y present). Amount used: 5 μl of protein-G-sepharose beads non-covalently coupled to 2 μg of antibody per 1 mg of total protein lysate. All bleeds immunoblot after immunoprecipitation. Concentration used for immunoblotting: 0.5 μg/mL
