Extracts from HEK293 cells over expressing HA-TRPM7 (amounts indicated) were subjected to SDS-PAGE, transfered to ntirocellulose and immunoblotted with either anti TRPM7 (S177D) or anti-HA.

1mg of HEK293 cell extracts over expressing HA-TRPM7 were immunoprecipitated using either pre-immune serum, anti-TRPM7 or anti-HA antibodies. The resulting immunoprecipitates were then subjected to SDS-PAGE and transfered to nitrocellulose and immunoblotted with anti-HA antibody. ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
