FLAG MYPT isoforms were overexpressed in 293 cells and the lysates were blotted for the following bleeds of MYPT1 S110D antibody. Bleeds 2nd and 3rd picks up the endogenous protein as well. FLAG‐MBS85 did not express. No antibody cross‐ reactivity observed in between MYPT isoform.
