(A) Lysates of RAW264.7 macrophages (1 mg cell extract) were incubated with antibodies from non-immunised sheep (IgG) or antibodies against TANK with the amount in ug’s indicated. The immunoprecipitates were washed, separated by SDS- PAGE and immunoblotted with the antibodies indicated. (B) Immunoprecipitation of TANK was performed as in (A) using 3 mg of bleed one. The cell extract after the immunoprecipitation were blotted with the indicated antibodies to determine the level of depletion of each protein. Note that the antibody completely immunodepleted TANK from the lysates of RAW264.7 mouse macrophages. All bleeds are equally good.
