Upper Panel: Extracts from brain (B), heart (H), spleen (S), lung (Lg), liver (Lr), kidney (K) and skeletal muscle (M) (15 μg of protein) were subjected to SDS/PAGE, transferred to ImmobilonP membranes and immunoblotted with anti-GST-NDRG1 at a concentration of 1 μg/ml. Lower Panel: Lysates (20 μg of protein) from HeLa cells, Rat2 fibroblasts, C2C12 myoblasts and mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) were subjected to SDS/PAGE, transferred to ImmobilonP membranes and immunoblotted with anti-GST-NDRG1 at a concentration of 1 μg/ml. Binding of the primary antibody was detected using rabbit peroxidase conjugated anti- sheep IgG antibody (1 in 10, 000 dilution, Pierce) followed by enhanced chemiluminescence (ECL, Amersham).
