Cell extracts from Swiss 3T3 cells (lane 1), HEK293 cells stably expressing GFP (lane 2), HEK293 cells stably expressing GFP-LRRK2 (lane 3) or HEK293 cells stably expressing FLAG-LRRK2 (lane 4) were subjected to SDS-Page [3-8 % Tris-Acetate gel], transferred to nitrocellulose and immunoblotted with anti-LRRK2 (2078 – 2099) at 1 ug/ml. Binding of the primary antibody was detected using rabbit peroxidase conjugated anti- sheep IgG antibody (1 in 10, 000 dilution, Pierce) followed by enhanced chemiluminescence (ECL, Amersham).
