Recognises IRAP in Mouse (M= MEFs) and Human (U = U2OS, H= Hela) cell lines. Cells were grown in DMEM + 10% FBS, L-glutamine and Pen/Strep prior to lysis and immunoblotting. Concentration used: 1μg/ml in 5% Milk/TBST
