Immunoblotting:- All four bleeds can recognise endogenous RanBP2 from HEK293 cell lysates, as well as mouse brain and mouse embryonic fibroblast lysates.

Immunoprecipitation:- RanBP2 was immunoprecipitated from 2 mg of mouse brain extract using 10 ug of anti- RanBP2 (2553 – 2838) S363D, then immunoblotted with the same antibody at 1 ug/ml.
