HEK293 cells were transfected with expression plasmids for wild-type (WT) or the indicated mutants of FLAG-MYPT1. Thirty-six hours after transfection, cells were lysed and FLAG-tagged proteins were immunoprecipitated and analysed by the indicated antibodies.
