(The cloned sequence matches EAW89632.1. Changes are RNA-derived and also seen in EST sequences. Also, no tryptic peptides were identified around these residues by Mass-spec, although there are R/K residues that should have given peptides. This suggests that what was obtained from RNA sources could very well be the dominant isoform in cells.)
